Refund and Cancellation Policy
Every project is customized and begins after client confirmation. Once work has started, staff time and expert review are allocated; therefore refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a client cancels before work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, or administrative costs.
Cancellation After Work Starts
If editing, writing, analysis, checking, or consultation work has already started, the completed portion and administrative charges are non-refundable. Any refundable balance, if applicable, is decided after internal review.
Non-Refundable Services
Urgent work, plagiarism reports, completed consultations, completed document reviews, delivered data analysis, and services already delivered are generally non-refundable.
Revision Support
Reasonable corrections within the agreed scope are supported. New instructions, change of topic, additional analysis, fresh writing, or altered university guidelines may require additional charges.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment mode where technically possible.
